Executive Coaching & Leadership Development for Tech
We partner with C‑suite and VP‑level leaders—including CHROs, VPs of People, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Operations Heads—at technology and high‑growth companies to address burnout, bias, and disengagement using our proprietary E.M.B.R.A.C.E.® Methods.
Meet our Founder
Samantha Woo, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist, Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, and founder of the E.M.B.R.A.C.E.® methods for leadership and parenting. Her background spans neuroscience, clinical social work, and years of helping leaders operate through sustained complexity rather than short‑term hacks.
During the pandemic, Samantha’s practice increasingly served executives and organizational leaders facing continuous disruption. She saw the same pattern repeatedly: leaders were told to “be more resilient” and “build EQ,” but were given only basic stress‑management tips—not a real framework for understanding their responses under pressure.
Drawing on IFS, somatic and relational work, and her experience across health systems, universities, and tech organizations, she developed E.M.B.R.A.C.E.®: a prescriptive, integrative methodology that helps leaders work directly with their protective patterns in real time, so performance and relationships can change at the root instead of being managed at the surface.
Samantha is a published author, with her latest book debuting as a #1 New Release in Organizational Psychology. She has presented for the New York Mental Health Counselors Association, delivered a keynote at Fordham University’s Graduate School, and consults with technology teams and executives seeking clinically grounded approaches to organizational health.
We Stay for the Hard Part
Most consultants parachute in, run a workshop, and move on. SWN works differently.
We stay with executives—especially VPs of Engineering and CTOs—through the quarters where new decision and conflict patterns either take root or snap back. Together, we run small, practical experiments in how leaders respond under pressure, how teams handle disagreement, and how work moves through the system.
Our work isn’t measured in slide decks. It’s measured in what’s different six months later: where decisions live, who can say no, and whether your teams can still ship through complexity and change.
Why Choose Us
Clinically Grounded, Human at the Core
E.M.B.R.A.C.E.® blends the depth of Internal Family Systems, somatic IFS, and interpersonal work with emotional intelligence and practical leadership psychology. Instead of surface fixes or quick tactics, it helps leaders and teams get to the root of what shapes performance, communication, and engagement.
Collaborative
Approach
We believe in building strong partnerships with our clients. We take the time to understand your unique needs and challenges, then develop customized solutions that align with your organizational goals. Through a collaborative approach, we work alongside your team to implement our methods and ensure long-lasting positive change.
Support for Leaders Who Manage Complexity
E.M.B.R.A.C.E.® was designed for leaders balancing big decisions, complex systems, and intense thinking and feeling. Our methods help you make sense of what’s happening under the surface, process information in your own way, and lead effectively when things are fast‑moving and ambiguous.
